Your tasks and responsibilities 💞

What would a tech startup be, without the right developers?! You are responsible for assessing applicants for all IT positions throughout the full recruiting process to find the best talents. More specifically, you will...

  • collaborate with our experienced developers, develop new code challenges and optimize existing ones.

  • take a central role at u:fynd and support the team in building internal workflows and processes, always focusing on an optimal candidate experience.

  • actively source talents via LinkedIn, GitHub and other channels.

  • take care of our digital assessment tool and screen candidates for frontend, backend and fullstack positions.

  • conduct job interviews, write code reviews and ultimately assess whether candidates and companies are a good match and decide on the success of the applications.

Job requirements

Your skillset 🧠 

You are the perfect match, if you...

  • have a degree in Recruiting, HR, Computer Science or equivalent and are passionate about the world of programming.

  • have at least two years of professional experience in tech recruiting.

  • have already proven through your experience that you can evaluate  the code quality of a candidate - Ideally, you have already worked with an assessment tool in this field.

  • are a strong communicator, independent and have excellent social skills.

  • have a strong command of written and spoken English (German is a plus).
