Along with the Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies for different startups to increase their online presence and improve their marketing and sales efforts. Other than that, you will...

  • develop, implement and manage several startups’ social media strategies to align with their business goals.

  • perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.

  • manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Tiktok, and adapt content to suit different channels.

  • maintain the social media accounts’ design and layouting.

  • create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms.

  • define the most important social media KPIs, measure the success of social media campaigns, set specific objectives and report on ROI (return on investment).

  • make use of social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Asana or Olapic (user engagement and content optimization).

  • work closely with internal copywriters, designers, videographers to ensure content is informative and appealing.

  • collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency.

  • communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.

  • stay up to date with current technologies and trends, design tools, and applications in social media.

Job requirements

Your Skillset 🧠

You are the perfect match if you...

  • have at least 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.

  • obtained a BSc/BA degree in Marketing, Media and Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or a comparable education in a related field, or enough relevant experience.

  • are experienced in content management and the usage of social media for creating brand awareness.

  • hold excellent knowledge of social media channels like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Youtube, Pinterest, and other .

  • optimally have knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.

  • have been able to dive into audience and buyer persona research.

  • understand social media KPIs well.

  • are knowledgeable in online marketing channels.

  • CMS tools such as Wordpress, Wix, and Webflow are familiar to you.

  • have excellent multitasking, time-management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • are a team player with great communication skills that can also work well independently.

  • have at least good knowledge of German (min. B2 level).
